The staff were great, i felt so tender. they were helpful and attentive. i loved the pool area. It felt really modern and spacious. i found it relaxing. there were lots of sun beds available.

the entrance to walk in is one of the most bizarre i have ever come across. you need to walk down a narrow corridor past a bowling alley. the rooms are very dated, especially the kitchen in our three-bedroom suite. it looked like a working kitchen.

i thought the staff was very helpful and quick when we had a little problem. the suite i stayed in had a super marina view. all rooms was huge and had many supplies and kitchen stuff. my family had a really lovely time, and we would love to go back. i really liked the suite.

the entrance to walk in is a little bizarre since i needed to walk down a narrow corridor past a bowling alley. the artificial smell they spray in reception was a little off-putting.

I found the suite spacious. It was on the 24th floor. The daily housekeeping ensured the suite was immaculate. The pool and beach areas seemed great.

I booked two rooms but got the second room with a double bed. The children's menu had shocking options. I was asked during checkout how our stay was and was told I would receive a call from the manager, but I never did.
